Under the Snow.

Under the Snow.
By Melissa Stewart
Illustrated by Constance R. Bergum

Book Summary:
This book explores the question, "What is hidden under the snow?" And answers this questions with several answers, including,  a chipmunk that snoozes for a few days at a time, a mourning cloak butterfly that may be taking cover in a pile of brush, a wood frog that may be nestling in scattered leaves on the forest floor, and in a wetland, a beaver family huddles together in their cozy lodge made of sticks.
